Information

The booking must be made at least 48 hours before date of service for SHUTTLE or EVER CAB.

The shuttle and additional products may only be used on the designated date and time.

Estimated time of arrival may differ from the actual arrival time depends on traffic and weather conditions. We do not take any responsibility under these conditions.

All vehicles will depart at the scheduled departure time. Please be at the bus stop 5 minutes prior to board.

The seats are not assigned. You may sit wherever you want.

The ticket must be purchased online in advance, we do not sell tickets on site.

We do not accept any liability for any loss, damage, or other personal belongings.

Minimum of 10 passengers are required for the shuttle to run.If the shuttle is not running, passengers will be informed as below: a. Please use the other nearest shuttle bus stop to board. b. The booking will be cancelled and you will get a full refund.

Cancellation(Refund) Policy

Cancellation and full refund is available 24 hours before the departure time. No refunds for cancellation within 24 hours of departure time.

As we receive cancellation request, our support team will review it and proceed the refund.

Partial cancellation or refund is not available for the round-trip ticket.

Cancellation and refund requests are only available during the operating hours.

No-show tickets are non refundable.

After you successfully cancel your booking, the eligible refund amount will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

To cancel your booking, please contact us through our RIDEUS hompage or help centre. Operating hours: Mon - Fri 09:00 am to 06:00pm (KST) / Closed on Sat, Sun, and Public Holidays.
